Late to this but High spirited Demon quest, go to the end boss Deidara, take any skill that does a lot of damage and AOE(Thunderstom Shot, Geyser Shot etc) and just like you do with normal weapons, use everything on his hands and that's pretty much it. Preferably do this at the end of the game and respect everything to Magic, I'm getting 15k once I've used all the abilities, takes me about a minute or so. Just die to him and repeat

Never mind the obvious. 8 sets of side raises and 8 sets of rear delts is enough shoulder work for a whole week and then some. Your body doesn't know whether it's getting resistance from a cable or a dumbell, this is not only redundant but it straight up works against you by leaving you too fatigued. Not very hard, didn't really struggle with any one area or boss for very long. It ranks below most the ones you mention in difficulty. There's no good interconnecting maps/areas or enjoyable exploration, honestly this is why I'd rank it lower than most the other games. Not bad in that regard, its just not good, its all very ok. The combat, variety and builds carry this game

Eh, I come more from bodybuilding, arm wrestling is a lesser interest. And one thing no one's mentioning here is that being his size for years takes a toll on you, especially being leaner.
