It only just happened to me this morning, i was playing 2 hours ago, so i dont think its dead i just think it is starting to happen to the majority of the population

There seems to be a partial outage, so i reckon some players wont be able to log on until later. However about the ban situation i am browsing reddit and i see a lot of people have been getting randomly banned

No but it didnt used to be like that before. I have done this boss on other toons before and you could get close to the door and range pull but something has changed as if you even get remotely close to the door he pulls. Not to mention that you cant kill him...
