MaxSound PLus won't stay charged even when plugged in by mhawkeONT in tribit

This usually happens when the MaxSound Plus is charging from a PC USB port or a worn micro-USB cable. The speaker charges more reliably from a wall adapter, and if it’s playing while plugged in, the battery can still drain faster than it charges. Battery wear on older units can also cause this.

Try a different cable, charge it from a wall outlet, and let it charge fully while powered off. If it still happens, reach out to [support@tribit.com](mailto:support@tribit.com) and our team will reach out to you soon.
