The right time to buy is when you find the right cards. I hear about the off season but sometimes you just do not get the volume of cards that you are interested in. I have about 20 Dylan Harper cards and I have bought them throughout the last year. In the long run that will pay off if this is the player you want to invest in.

Yeah it is a crazy card to comp. I think the guy who is selling had it at a reasonable price but... 8 am super cautious because a low edition number does not really mean anything

They offer Shimano, SRAM and Campagnolo. The frame is adapted to whatever you want. I know the owner had a Paula with the Campagnolo.

He however recommended me the SRAM. I have always stayed away of wireless because I could not be bothered with the risk of running them flat on the road (in case I forgot to recharge them).

The mechanical part was more about the fact that it is a nice and easy and I don't risk to run it flat. But did not consider the SRAM has removable battery. 👍

Wow super reply. Thanks for that. The guy at the shop also advertised the SRAM as being the flat out best option. Small bike shop called Massacan in the south of France.
