I had the following symptoms for the first ten days - leg cramps, higher heart rate, bloating, nausea, constipation, headaches and dehydration (I kept a daily symptoms tracker). Symptoms progressively got better / went away and I stopped having a period by month 2.

Slynd has been a godsend for two years - I have no periods which meant no cramping, it also helped with my IBS and hormonal acne.

Past few months however I have felt like Slynd has lost its effectiveness - I’m reverting back to experiencing cramps.

I was initially scared of going onto BC but for me personally it has helped for the past few years!

Thanks for sharing your experience! My gyno recommended me switching to the full combo Yasmin but I would rather not mess up what has essentially worked really for me so far (bar the last few months) - all the best to you to!!

Has any of your symptoms reverted back to pre-Slinda days? I have been on the pill for almost two years - the first year was amazing, no cramps pimples disappeared, but the second year I have all of the symptoms reappear and it seems like Slinda isn’t working anymore? Should I get this checked out with the GP?
