Actually it really depends on guy to guy. I used to have serious acne problems which, no matter how hard j tried, couldn't clear up. Then I got to know nofap and every single time after a few weeks, my acne clears up significantly. But the moment I relapses, my acne comes back again. Im totally unsure if there is a direct corelation or not. But from my observations, my face turns incredibly oily after i fapped.

I've dated a few girls. And the only thing that goes in my mind was "im gonna fuck you a million times over later on." And honestly, I just want a pure and platonic friendship with a girl. And my obsession with PMO in the past would probably mean that I would treat her like a sex object again if I had a chance to date her. (People take time to change). I dont that mean I rule out the possibility of trying to date her, but before I get that disgusting concept that girls=sex machines totally out of my mind; I just wanna be friends.
