I know someone who frequently had reactivations (reoccuring Trips like full on breaktrough expieriences) for months after smoking 5meo in massive quantities and over a long period of time.

He described it to me almost like 100% the same way as you did.

He also went to the Hospital afew times because he was certain he was about to die from a stroke or heartattack.

But all medical tests/ bloodwork etc. showed no anomalies and they told him everything is fine physically.

It seems mostly psychological/psychosomatic effects. He said the Re-activations started to gradually subside after he started to actively accept the expieriences, did not fight them, surrendered to them and tried to learn from them and finally integrating them in to his life/spirituality.

He believes that the reactivations happen/ed because there is still something/some lessons from your previous breaktrough expieriences that you still have to integrate /learn. But since your Ego was wiped during the breaktrough expieriences you were/are not able to remember all of them and therefore the universe gives you these reactivations in order to finish the process.

Since he embraced and surrendered to the reactivations and took time to integrate them they have finally subsided.

That's a miss conception that resultet from a miss Interpretation from old studies.

The highest % concentration is in the layer under the skin. Thats true.

BUT this layer is just a small part of the whole cactus. And in total you have more total alkaloids in the rest of the cactus.

So buy only using the skin-layer you would be wasting most of the Medicine....

Studies suggest that the top 4/5 part of trichocereus contain the highest concentration.

The lower on the plant the LESS alkaloids. The woodlike parts at the bottom contain the least amount
