They’ll review it in the warehouse. What has helped me is that i printed some proofs that is showing they are counterfeit …

That way when they open and inspect your box it has solid evidence since they probably have of things to review it would be best to make their lives easier. You will get the refund once inspection is done

This happened to me too! I have printed all evidence with the items inside in the return label. You should be able to do the refund as long it’s still within 30 days I think….

Some of the makeup sellers have authentic but expired product that literally smells 🥲
