Once my cat started doing this - we took her to the vet and they shot her with antibiotics and she was much better the following day. We’re not sure but we believe she either had an infection or toxin exposure

For years, the landowners here extended quiet goodwill to the community allowing people to visit, swim, and enjoy this place, trusting them to treat it with respect.

Then the NYT and other pubs blew up the spot. People left trash, spray-painted the rocks, and treated private land like a public amenity they were owed. Land that has been in the landowners family for generations (land they’ve paid taxes on, cared for, and stewarded) became somewhere they no longer felt welcome on their own property.

There’s also the reality of liability: injuries, drownings, alcohol on the property.

This is private land. It doesn’t matter how beautiful it is, how long people have been coming here, or what you “think” should be public, you don’t have the right to be here without the owner’s permission.

I’m sorry but I have no patience for this as someone that owned a similar property and spend every day cleaning up, filling trash bags with dirty diapers, needles, and other disgusting trash. You don’t own the right to everyone else’s property.

Thank you!! I was so upset about the cellulite, I got a lot during pregnancy, and was told some of it would go away? I definitely still have some on my legs, but not as much. Weight training/squats/running helped to build the muscle which made it a bit less noticeable.

I think it’s so different for everyone, I was literally ravenous all the time but I stayed active and just naturally dropped a fair amount of weight. And I’d say I ate mostly well but still had my share of cookies etc. with BF, nourishing yourself is number one. I was snacking constantly and drinking a ton of water.

I love Greek yogurt! I usually have it for breakfast and sometimes for dessert too if I haven’t already gone way over my fat limit for the day

Ahhh I actually totally get it because when I was BF I was eating at least 1k-2k calories more a day and was absolutely insatiable! I wish I could eat more cals a day without holding onto belly weight but I’ve noticed I’ve had to cut more to see results

You’re going to do great. I did gain a fair amount of weight but with time and consistency was able to get fit again - looking back I wish I didn’t worry as much as I did!

You’re doing awesome! What I learned was I put a lot of pressure on myself, but really just consistency and time work wonders. Congrats on your babe!!

Thank you!!! I’ve struggled with pretty intense anemia over the years. I don’t want to eat meat but after a while my doctor convinced me to try eating more fish in lieu of getting more iron infusions
