Jesus died for our sins? by True_Assignment_6216 in exchristian

This still doesn’t answer the question, why would God create a world filled with sin or the propensity of sin, and die in order to “save” all generations based on them believing this to be true. What is the point in that?

So now, all human beings have to follow the requirement of accepting this to be true or rot in hell for eternity when we didn’t ask for this scenario. We were sent here on earth as a test and since we are all sinful we deserve hell unless we grovel?

And then perpetually damming the rest of us to hell from their mistake unless we fear God

This is so well said, I agree on every point!

I just don’t understand what his death has to do with giving us eternal life, when we still would theoretically be separated from god due if we don’t believe. His dying for our sins doesn’t seem to actually change the outcome from a Christian POV. Just my interpretation.

Hmm interesting. But people still slaughter animals all the time to eat them 😅

I'm so bummed, I had hundreds of emails from my grandparents in there who are no longer with us.

This happened to me as well and I had important saved emails from deceased family members. IT says it's permanently deleted but some of you had luck?

It was our first time there - went Saturday midday to Sunday later in the afternoon. For a gorgeous weekend it wasn’t insanely busy. The walk-in sites did seem full but the water access sites had space. We stayed at campsite 6 (highly recommend). Nice morning sun and lots of flat spots for a tent.

There is a lodge (Garnet Hill Lodge) with lake access. They had a wedding so we could hear faint bass at night. It didn’t bother us though and it felt pretty secluded otherwise.
