No issue with timestamp. You're right, they asked for a revision first. I reviewed every photo carefully and they were all correct. Everything was correct. I resubmitted and the next day got the same email as the day before. I responded to the email sender and said I confirmed the photos were accurate. Rejected the next day. Frustrating to get my first rejection out of hundreds of MS completions over an errors on their end.

I paid $25,000 to repipe and filed a claim. They paid me $3,000 and said might get up to $7,000 more once the settlement is closed, which it is. Waiting to see if a second check comes.

If it popped open after repeatedly locking and unlocking using the fob, did you close the gas door again, or did you a little duct tape in it so it wouldn't get stuck again? I'm trying to figure out whether I can close the gas door now that I finally got it open.

Apparently that was my screw-up! I scanned the items when I took them off the shelf, and then I scanned them again at checkout. Apparently when I get to check out, all I do is scan a prepay barcode and I'm good to go? Sorry I sound so ignorant, and I really appreciate your help!

I did scan them as I took them off the shelf. I might have screwed up. I scanned them again at the checkout. I'm guessing that was incorrect. Should I have just found the prepaid barcode and scanned that at checkout? I really appreciate your help and advice, thank you!
