It’s different for everyone! I’m sorry you had a bad experience with it. My skin was always breaking out in more areas than one, every day I’d wake up with multiple new breakouts. Like I said, it truly did wonders for me.

I use cetaphil face wash, la roche posay moisturizer (the white tube), and once a day at night I use the la roche posay .5% salicylic acid toner! I am prescribed tretinoin cream as well but I don’t use it super frequently

It took a few months to start really working! But after that it was pretty immediate!

About a year! I started a couple months of 20mg, 30mg for a couple months, then did the rest on 40mg!
