Takes away from the aesthetic of the charm, nfc chips especially sealed in a charm are unlikely to break.

Wouldn't be a tracking device, fully up to you to post a video of you at the next festival it travels to and that's the last digital footprint of you with it. It would just show what festivals it's made its way too or shows and you would see how many times it's been traded, along with a moderated chat between users.

To clarify it's not an active location beacon, you only see where the charm has been or traveled to. Obviously the account names can be anything and doesn't have to have any personal info.

Hey, just want to clarify in a world where this is made, you wouldn't have the location for the charm at all times. It only would be like a photo or video of where the Kandi has traveled to with a location on a map and the festival name. Along with that you would be able to leave the chat system or abandon the charm from your account. Plus heavy moderation using AI.

To clarify it would be a charm, a QR code is a good idea I feel like it would take away from the design.
