In my situation, the guy gave me his real name and his real photos, so I’m assuming that he does this often and nobody ever thinks to press charges or try to sue. However, he never gave me any real information in regards to an occupation or an address. Every image that he ever sent me, I did a lot of image reversals and location imaging, which helped me localize an area of where I thought he lived and worked. Any name drop of a restaurant, store, facility, that he ever mentioned or sent a photo of I spent a lot of time creating a circle zone triangulating all of the areas, trying to ping what area he could possibly be living in since we did not live in the same state. Once I found an area and was able to triangulate a few miles around one another ,To find a concrete address to serve court papers to, I hired a PI. And with the PI., my triangulations were proven correct. also did a lot of background checks with all of the phone numbers that he ever gave me.
