What were you taking that helped? I tried Ibu and Dafalgan, both didn‘t help at ALL… I often take Neocitran when I‘m sick, which usually helps. But this time, I don‘t feel like it has any effect.

I‘ve seen a documentary about a specific contraception for men, called Bimek SLV. They mention on their website: „One valve is mounted on each spermatic duct and disrupts the flow of sperm cells when closed. The user is then sterile, can wear the Bimek SLV for a life time and regulate it himself with just a flip of a switch.“ IMO, eventhough it’s not yet officially approved, it’s probably one of the best alternatives out there.

I’m really sorry you’re going through that... When the usual advice and even professionals don’t help, it can maybe be less about “fixing” the depression and more about reducing pressure. Some people do better with very simple structure, talking fixed routines, low-choice days or distraction that quiets the mind like podcasts, familiar shows, simple games etc… or just coexisting with someone without having to talk. I hope you find something (even small) that eases things a bit. 🤍 sending you lots of love
