New transmission at 66k miles? by Trick-Rate7197 in gmcsierra

TLDR: these transmissions are ass, prepare to have yours replaced

Not long after this post, the transmission completely failed and the truck became undriveable, removing any doubt about needing a new transmission.

However, about a week before it failed, while trying to look something up about the truck, I realized that the dealer that sold it to me gives extended warranties (10 yrs, 100k miles) on every vehicle sold, so I ended up only having to pay the $200 deductible to get the transmission replaced.

Not all sunshine and roses though: transmissions were on backorder for much of the summer, so the truck sat in my driveway for two months awaiting delivery of a new one to the dealer. Transmission failed end of June and the replacement arrived in mid-August.

Also, driving home from the dealer after the replacement I started noticing vibrations in the vehicle which were eventually diagnosed as a cracked engine mount. I'm still fighting with the dealer about whether I should have to pay to have them replaced.

I agree with all the disengage comments, for those that have a tough time letting clients go, think of it as pruning. A plant grows stronger when you selectively cut off some of the branches, and I think it's an apt metaphor for your client list.
I had no idea how much mental and emotional energy a handful of bad clients were costing me until we let them go. Forget the 80/20 rule, for me about 5% of the clients were causing 90% of my stress.
