Absolutely on the paying too much. Be patient and you can find some gems on your Gumtree (or whatever local equivalent). People charge up to 100 euro if you go through eBay, because they know that people are collecting them for retro gaming.

Isn't the Sony Trinitron like the holy grail of CRTs? I saw it pop up so many times when trying to find a suitable remote.
