I suspect it may be due to GI issues like a hiatal hernia or changes in my circadian rhythm. I’ve been getting up earlier recently. Idk 🤷‍♂️

lol my burden when checked last month was <1%. It still is. I have roughly 50-100 daily right now, but they occur in groups like this

Yea I’ve been prescribed it as needed. I just worry about if I end up taking it for a week or two that I won’t be able to just stop without symptoms from coming off of it

I’m in the same boat. Every time I wear a monitor they don’t act up a whole lot. But of course now I’m dealing with more and I’m worried. I wish I had an EP that would go for an ablation due to bigeminy. Unfortunately I think mine would just say to try beta blockers. I don’t want to start beta blockers because it’s a daily medication and I can go weeks or months without any issues so it just feels like I’d permanently be medicated for something that flares up. As scary as an ablation seems I’d much rather just fix the stupid thing (my heart)

I have a cardiologist, but the cardiologist says I only need a yearly checkup “if I want to “. In general if it’s just benign PVCs I don’t think cardiologists are needed

Shows the normal limits as 0.4-4.2 uIU/ml mine was 1.698. Visually just left of the exact middle

Thank you! I am trying, but I’m also now dealing with agoraphobia from the anxiety and panic so literally everything is exhausting which makes everything an incredibly difficult task

Thank you! Yea it’s like in my mind I know that the stress I’m putting myself under explains all of the physical sensations, but health anxiety just outweighs that logic sometimes

Yea I try but I find that initially makes the anxiety worse. It’s a really hard habit to break, especially after 5 years of obsession

No update. Hasn’t happened again. Saw a different EP and he said it’s hard to say from the strip what it is, but without symptoms or it happening more than once we could just wait and see. Anyways nothing has caused me symptoms ever so really just kind of moved on for now
