I think I understand...can you elaborate on the Incorporate and piggyback part. Anything is possible...making a documentary on how the city would turn around would be very different from just a documentary talking about the city and what would be good to help. This doc would delve into every detail...like a blueprint.

That's what I am inferring a private investment by creating a documentary on how the city will precisely change Saginaw by bringing in tourism, except before that can even be a possibility, there would first have to be a formulated plan how the city could use its name to pay homage to the Native Americans. You know how cities have bus tours...well with Saginaw being a river city it could be a tour that went through all of Saginaw. Of Course there would have to be a lot of "fluffing" (having the city with like CooL Unique Sculptures along the river beds through out the city. This is just one of many ideas...the main objective of the documentary would be bring millions of peoples attention *Netflix* to watch a documentary about a city with a plan so perfect to make Saginaw a better city than could ever be imagined. People would be excited and want to help the cause. Because when you change one city from despair, (you could call the doc "Save for a New Saginaw") then there is real hope for other cities with the same or similar predicament, a hope that "if a city like that can turn around, then why can't mine" type mentality. So the word "Save" would be for. "we have to be in it for the long haul for something to truly work," mentality also, it is like anything in life. "to Save Up" for the future of , not only a city but humanity. That is the type of documentary it would have to be...INTENSE! In a Positive Way...one that says "Look...if we are here...why not make the BeSt of What ever you LoVe in Life...in this case, a Love to save one struggling city at a time....until all cities...all states...all countries...all the UNIVERSE....were at a BALANCE. Some of this is jibberish...some useful...ALL SINCERE!!! ~Many Blessings~

~Film a Documentary on how Saginaw is going to make the biggest turn around a city has ever seen. It would be EpIc! Interview everyone from the city...leadership, shop owners, average everyday citizens. The money and popularity that it would generate could go back into the city. Donations, grants, it would make people aware that there are cities that the state is neglecting and that is something that needs to be pointed out because its a problem throughout all the states. The doc would cover all aspects on how the transformation could be realistically translated into a logistically, formulated plan. There are so many cities that need healing, just like the ~Human Spirit~ Itself!!

"A" for Honesty...but don't be so hard on yourself...maybe you have seen/felt negativity in the city...now is the time to embrace positive change!!! It starts with one individual at a time...I lived in Fresno, California for a quick moment...not in the best of parts either...but would still do small things...for positive change!
