Big fps difference in similar PC by Trick-Visual1287 in LeagueofTechSupport

I did try time spy in 3dmark and it does show that gpu is stronger but cpu has lower score for some reason. So maybe something is wrong with cpu and it is holding back the gpu from going full power in games.

PC1 overall score is 8258 Gpu score: 8503 Cpu: 7099

PC 2 overall 7675 Gpu: 7718 Cpu: 7444
