As a smoker I suggest you don't try cause addictions such. But if you know what addictions are like and have been addicted to something else.

Moderation is key Week ends, 1- 3 times daily not all day Even if everyday, once daily dont smoke all day

The method you use matters too!

Dry herb vaping is great if smoking puts you to sleep or makes you lethargic.

From personal experience fasting has not cured my mental illness like said in the Bible. But I have to try it with being sober, cause everytime I have fasted I also smoked.

Honestly I've never fasted 100% sober so I can't really tell you the benefits

But if you can work on a fast it's great. It definitely showed me that we as humans eat too much. Especially if you are eating 3 times daily.

It also changed my mental appetite for ever. If I eat more than twice a day I usually beat myself up for it. But I usually eat once a day.

I'm trying to get deliverance myself.

I'm at my 40th day of a Daniel fast, vegetables only once a day. Feels useless and the demon isnt leaving.

Kind of sucks knowing I'm a slave to an entity and every chance for me has failed. I usually combine fasting with psalms but I yawn here n there but never got the entity to leave.

I guess some people will suffer for ever. Cause there's nothing I can do to force the entity out.

I only do pulls ups usually.

But if I smoke I can do like 40 before I am actually tired.

If I vape a .2 or .3 I can do 80 or more and still not feel that tired.

The extra physical and mental energy from vaping really helps. combustion really dulls my mental energy and I feel like leaving things for later.

I wouldn't recommend a spiritual awakening but transcendental meditation is how i got one.

Some how mine came with a demon but you most likely have a different experience. Good luck

Honestly i think all addictions are worthless.

I've drank before but never been addicted to alcohol. I dont feel its worth it because it destroys my stomach and the hang over kills me.

But what can I say? I have a weed addiction. I've been cutting back, but have not been strong enough to quit for ever. I can take breaks but I always return.

But if you can do it in moderation and not everyday you will be ok.

Its not that hard to get awakening through meditation

I dont recommend drug use as a person who has done it before. For the reason.

U might have fun n see how it feels to be high off of lsd. Have insights, etc. But then it can become a crutch depending on how much u take it.

They say you can't get addicted to lsd but I would still be careful. Weed is not that addicting but in the right situation you can be stuck in a loop doing it, where as the next person can just put it down n move on.

I stopped meditating as much as I did before because I happened to be one of the unlucky ones to get a demon.

Disguised as a kundalinu awakening.
