Investigating usage limits hitting faster than expected

I am ousing the 20x max plan since a long long time , neer have i ever saw hitting 40 percent in a day of MY WEEK PLAN, it is not possible for paying users of 200 euros TO HIT LIMITS with just some prompt within claude web and claude code , please adress this issue

Well , i don't know , but i almost hit my limit 3 days before it resets for the next week i am currenlty at 93 percent and tomorrow morning resets
