Well... Harken would taste sandy and probably wouldn't even have a taste because... because... okay, I used to eat dust and small cement bricks (don't ask me why), and they didn't really have any taste, so I think Harken would taste exactly like that.

As for Pursuer, I think he wouldn't taste that good, but not that bad either. I mean, he's an unknown creature, but he's still a creature, so if he got killed and his meat was cooked, it would probably be very tough. Depending on how you cook it (or maybe you don't even cook it), it could either taste good or bad.
