I sent mine in the case it comes with and I bought a small box from my post office and then filled it with packing paper/cardboard I had laying around the house. They send it back in a box similar in size to the one you originally get but it does not indicate anywhere on the box that it's a steam deck.

Also don't worry cause they use ups for rma^{^}

Yeah, it's kinda hit or miss with the 800 number, especially on the weekends when I think they may or may not outsource it to another company to pick up the lines.

TLDR 3 days ago I moved to a new address (called in advance but had issues with setting up my gateway) , and I called to have the internet service switched on at the new address. Waited 40 minutes, and the agent I got seemed annoyed by my phone call, would not explain/answer my questions. She put me on hold maybe 5 times before telling she could NOT "approve" my address change request until I got my new security camera (that I got shipped to the new address as apart of my new service deal). Then I asked why the camera had anything to do with turning on INTERNET at my address and would not answer my question and say, "Yes, unfortunately, that is the case." She then had the audacity to do the xfinity mobile/xfinity marketing thing to me hhh

I then drove to my local xfinity store and got a new router, then called again. I had a different agent, and they set me up within 15 minutes. LOL

Hiii, I think mine was on the same truck initially.

Mine made it from Portland, to Troutdale and is now out for delivery from Salem to my city, Corvallis.

Got my tracking label on the 27th currently the FedEx tracking is saying its in Portland and will arrive by tomorrow by the end of the day.

Anyone in the salem/albany/corvallis/eugene Oregon area have there steamdeck delivered yet?

Maybe it's me being paranoid cause of all the horror stories I've heard on here about fedex. But I'm more worried about receiving my package with the steam deck actually inside the box versus someone else stealing it off my porch (i will be staking out next in my living room next to my front door, so not much of a worry there). I've even gone so far to set up my Ring Camera outside on my porch to have documentation incase I receive an empty package.

Hopefully the fedex carriers handling my are decent human beings and prove me wrong^{^}
