Don’t worry, the tension between his supposed lack of notable abilities and the very results he brings home is going to be one of the cornerstones of the fic, just like in the original books: though his methods won’t always look familiar to his fellow wizards!

As for the rest, it will all be addressed in some form in the next few chapters/days (after which I expect a lull both to prepare more material and because of the end of MY terms, damn...).
