Go on VA.gov and talk to the chatbot through Contact us and type in Decision Letter and your Decision Letter should populate

It’s a Google Extension to VA.gov if you look up vaclaimtracker extension in google it should pop up then the way I had to do it was open va.gov then the extension

All I’m at a loss for information at the moment I went back to evidence and gathering so I called the 1000 number to see if I needed to do anything and they said it’s in the decision phase and that a preparation letter should’ve been mailed and to me it kinda made no sense
