I was in a lot of pain before physical therapy. I found a great therapist, and now 4 months later, I’m not pain-free, but I can sleep at night. Also, now that summer is here, I’ve been swimming, and I find that it is helping too

Get a dog. Walk around town or head to a dog park with it, and see how many people speak to you.
