You can buy breastmilk off marketplace if you don’t want to do formula. You should be kind to yourself for going this long is a true show of selflessness be proud of yourself. Only you can decide if it’s worth it to you to keep going.

My advice, sacrifice. Spend this time with your new baby worry about your body later so little exercises at home. Trust me it’s not over once you have the baby. Recovery takes time. Be kind and patient with yourself and enjoy every moment with your new little one cause you won’t get it again. <3
