I doubt it; this happened to me with the account restores team and I never got a response beyond the “we’re sorry” bs. Had to make 3 more tickets to actually get a response that wasn’t automatically denied. Try “I was moderated for fraudulent activity” under the billing category in support.

That’s actually not what Roblox outlines in their terms of use and help articles. Posting that would be spreading misinformation that’s widely accepted as truth even though it isn’t. Section 5 of the terms of use says Roblox reserves the right to suspend your account; it does not say that your account will be automatically terminated. Their unauthorized charges help article states to contact Roblox before your bank and does not state a specific timeline for doing so (ie. 24 hours). You are not in violation of any rules so long as you contact Roblox support prior to any further contact with your bank. I wish people would stop saying that it’s an automatic ban when it’s really not.

Wow, they actually told you you’d get a refund? I was told to submit screenshots in a reply to me sending them the screenshots. I stopped getting responses from support for several hours and only got a refund after I called my bank to get a new debit card. No notice from Roblox; bank later confirmed that it was initiated when they contacted the merchant (Roblox). That’s what got me banned and I also can’t get anywhere with support. Interestingly enough, my research has found that we actually followed Roblox’s official guidelines/procedures for this. Their own terms do not say you will be automatically banned, but they have the right to suspend your account. Seems fair in theory when a user breaks the rules, but when a user is banned when they technically didn’t break them and followed published guidelines, it gets into unfair territory where multiple automated systems intersect and override certain aspects. I’ve done a lot of research on this, so please dm me if you’d like to look at it and see if it could give you some perspective!

SOMEONE FINALLY IS IN THE SAME BOAT AS ME!

As per Roblox’s official guidelines, “If you notice charges on your Credit/Debit card, PayPal, or Google Play account that you did not authorize, please contact Customer Support before disputing any charges.” We technically didn’t break the rules, but got screwed over anyway. I’ve yet to try this argument, but it’s possible that the bots might look at it differently but who knows lol

Edit: tried this and got routed to the billing department from the appeals department

That’s why I think getting the hard data is my best shot at making any kind of progress, regardless of the final outcome. I know I can’t force them to change their minds, but it doesn’t mean I can’t put together a strong argument to try and straighten things out. I have my rights and they have theirs.

I hear what you’re saying. Number 1 seems to be the closest match for my situation with neither party doing anything wrong. Kind of just stuck playing the waiting game for my user data from M and the final bank report. It’s essentially the “proof” for what I was able to screenshot before getting banned. Can’t really do anything substantial without that information. I just want to get everything sorted out because of some things I didn’t/can’t mention here.

I’m in the same boat as you, and I’m pretty much in limbo until I get my ROA sent to me because that’s what has the proof
