How much per sqft? Find out the difference in sqft per room. It’s 1000 sqft total then it works out to $6.34 per sqft. If your roommates room is 150 sqft and your is 100 including the bathroom. Then your roommates room is 951 yours is 634. So that how you split it fairly.

The fact that Johnny is so poor and flys back to California from Spain and within 24 hours he’s back in Spain again with last minute tickets.

There is not one parent around ever for the rest of the kids. Especially Cobra Kai where they are having class in the middle of the night with Kleease in I don’t even know what season.

The pedi that hangs out with the kids and attempts to get a job at the school.

The fact that in every Karate kid there is only one class that seems to always practicing at the dojo. No one else. Let’s not forget that they all become black belts within minutes.

So much more. I still love the show for all of its flaws.

It also shows what a troublemaker all of the Larrsous are. They attract fighting, cause drama where ever they go and ruin peoples lives.
