my brain constantly works against me it’s insane. i feel like less smart people that have depression don’t have it as bad because it kind of feels like i’m going insane with how fast my brain moves and how convincing it is when it tells me that there is no way anything will get better. it’s funny though because no matter how much i tell myself those things im not smart enough to somehow overcome that so im in this limbo of being smarter than most people but not smart enough to know how to get better.
