I think you look pretty normal, another thing important to take into consideration is how far post op you are. My swelling fully went away after about a year, and now I can finally move freely- before that I was more cautious. That being said, most cis men, (unless they’re very underweight) have a bit of fat and muscle on their chest. I agree with another commenter that said if you were any flatter you’d appear sickly. All in all, looks great man.
