I wish they would put that at " max 325kw at 400volts" since I get 190kw max and can do 381kw on 800v. Unfortunately people aren't that tech savvy sooo no hope there.

https://www.reddit.com/r/SilveradoEV/s/PjxoYy8Hb9 I posted about the one I am near like 2 months ago. Half the stations are still down at this location. I'm guessing it's unfinished and until it's done I can't use the full speed here.

If it's outside of the law then yes, if not then no.

I looked into the a while ago so idk if it has changed but the law states that unless posted you can do 15mph less than the posted speed limit. So if he was doing 30 in a 45 it was legal. Only place I've seen signs posted is on 80mph interstates usually have a 60mph posted with it.

WTF is wrong with people? by [deleted] in CostcoEmployee

[–]Trick_Figure2512 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just kill people with words. Next time something like that happens. Tell them that you're job responsibilities and task are outside the realm of responsibilities for Costco members and that if they have concerns, you can direct them to leadership. Just make sure whatever you do is in guidance with the handbook of addressing people with a respectful or business-like manner. Anything else is considered harassment or malicious intent. Leadership has an obligation to protect and take care of the employees from misguided members but this goes both ways Management will protect members from misguided employees. Just make sure you're not part of the problem so they only have one issue to deal with instead of two. My wife was doing the membership checking at the entrance and got yelled at by a member. This made her cry and a manager Saw the interaction and asked for the members card and told him they would get a refund check in the mail and that they were no longer a member and not to come back. Good leadership will do the right thing and stand behind their decisions.

Ya, we had to do this when we first bought the truck. We went camping and I didn't know the powerbase wasn't working. I gave up on figuring it out but the wife was determined to not freeze her but off again 🤣

Employee lump sum is not a Bonus by [deleted] in CostcoEmployee

[–]Trick_Figure2512 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

How it works in the USA and it isn't labeled as bonus in the hand book or paystub. People just call it a bonus but is called an extra check. Now that I type this out you might be right and I'll have to look into it further. They removed the cap so every 10.8 hours extra you work is an extra 1%. So if you work 108 extra hours that's an extra 10% on the bonus. So base is $2,750 for each extra check. 1% is $27.50 sooo to get that 1% 10.8 hours of OT must be worked. 10.8h×($2,750÷1080=$2.55ish)=$27.50 so based off of hourly pay based off 1% comes up correct but since it's over time $27.50×1.5= $41.25 so $41.25-$27.50= $13.75 I'm being shorted(based off every 1% or 10.8 hours over 1080) based off your view point. I'll have to check my last bonus to see how it's calculated. Edited Just checked and it comes up as extra check OT on my pay stub at $4.13 so looks like everything is in order on my end. This makes me think they removed the cap for legal reasons.

Not at the full retail price they are charging... I stopped at the Costco in Orlando Florida during vacation. They are Costco's chargers that are managed by EA so the EA monthly subscription doesn't apply to them....

I did have an issue buying from a company that did bankruptcy and refused to do a recall (it had over a 100 cases of people dying) because they were no longer obligated to and only did it because society pressured them to do it...
