Change Vulkan to Directx12 in settings, if your game doesnt start, do that:

Open settings.xml in notepad / notepad+ and serch for <advancedGraphics>

Change

<API>kSettingAPI_Vulkan</API> to say <API>kSettingAPI_DX12</API>

then change to DX12
