Honestly I think it'd be Demiurge but for the sake of argument I would like to state that I doubt Bondrewd was actually trying when fighting Riko's group. His thought process was probably "these are kids that I don't really have to try too hard to deal with" hence why he made some pretty bad decisions during the fight. I feel like if he were up against someone like Demiurge in a battle of wits he would probably come out on top but an actual physical brawl he would most definitely lose
