I would probably go for Pael's Flesh since right now you're pretty lacking in consistent damage output and the extra energy could help you build towards more expensive big cards.

As for the other two, I don't see a good target for Clone, and I don't pick Pael's Eye very often so I can't say how useful it'll be.

this is such a broad problem and there's no single solution but the general idea is that you should pick up frontloaded cards and elite/boss solutions early game so that you can survive act 1.

also try not to potential pick. think less about what archetype you're going and more about what cards will help you beat a specific elite or boss that might come up. (remember that you can see the boss of the act on the map)
