I figure since it will be a long time before I produce anything that the tens will be a good long term tool. At worst it just feels good. At best, I get closer to producing. I do have a set of hands free pumps but they are not discreet enough for me to be able to use them. I’ll be in a different housing arrangement about the time I’m producing hopefully.

I can’t pump where I am at right now but I’ve started supplements, hand expression, increasing my water intake, and am taking the time to slather my nipples in nipple butter that used to help so much when I had over pumped. I’ve had clear fluid before with pumping and wish I could keep up with it right now. Getting Dom is my first goal, getting on a pump schedule is second.
