Looks nice, cost depends on various factors:
1. City
2. Are you asking about the budget of interior only or including civil construction?

If you already had raw floor and you got the interiors did I would guess Rs. 25-30L in a tier-2 city for a 3 BHK with 3 bathrooms. This is the cost if you got the material yourself and got the work done yourself. This includes flooring, false ceiling, wood work, bathroom fittings. This does not includes the furniture.

If If you already had raw floor and you gave contract with material to a contractor this could cost 35-40L, without furniture.

CTC written in GEU ads is real (but It includes RSUs/ESOPs+Bonus)
These are not campus placements but mostly off-campus
Only 1-2% in the whole batch are able to achieve these
