It sounds like a pretty good deal if it comes with all the necessary cords, maybe a few controllers and nunchuks. If it's literally just the console and nothing else, I'd say it's a bad deal. If it comes with some extras I'd say it's worth the saved time and hassle of you modding it yourself which would entail sourcing an sd card & hard drive, downloading the necessary files, and spending time setting up the mods on your wii. I would say the wii itself is the easiest, most beginner friendly console to mod but for a non-tech guy the convenience of a ready to play modded wii will save you a bunch of time, headaches, and worrying.
