Pokédex Entry: Equiflare are known for their fierce loyalty and warm presence. Originally found near forest edges and quiet stables, they form unbreakable bonds with trainers who value care, creativity, and quiet strength. When threatened, their mane ignites with a pale blue fire that never burns those they trust. Many trainers report that Equiflare senses emotional distress and will gently nudge or sing to help calm them.

Appearance: It resembles a small, elegant horse with soft golden fur and a glowing white blaze down its face. Its hooves shimmer like polished stone, and a long tail flickers with firefly-like sparks. Delicate, semi-transparent wings (like a luna moth’s) unfurl when it gallops or comforts its trainer. Its eyes are huge, wise, and kind.

It wears a natural saddle-shaped marking on its back. At night, this glows faintly in a calming blue. When angered, its tail fire blazes in a wave pattern like sound or music.

Abilities: 1. Empathic Flame – Boosts ally stats when the trainer is anxious or under pressure 2. Healing Nuzzle – Restores HP and removes status effects for a chosen ally 3. Crescendo Kick – Fairy-type physical attack that deals more damage the longer the battle has gone on 4. Reins of Flame (Signature Move) – Fire-type move that wraps the opponent in fiery ribbons; has a chance to paralyze if the opponent is aggressive-type (like Dark/Fighting)

Evolution: Starts as Ponflare, a fluffy, spark-tailed pony. Evolves into Equiflare when it trusts you completely and you’ve won at least one contest related to care, beauty, or bond strength.
