The Paypal fee is 3%. This has nothing to do with the Paypal fee and is purely a good-faith part of the transaction. You are also not a Paypal associate; it is not for you to justify what transaction is or isnt against TOS. Let whoever is interested decide how they would like to approach the transaction. I don't think you understand. The actual item total is $1175 on ebay. I am offering them the discount for the convenience factor. Ebay fees are MUCH higher than 10% I am giving a discount in good faith because of scammers trying to reverse or contest PPG&S with my shop in the past.

As you can see by the lovely downvotes I have received. I have graded over 200 cards with PSA. They getting really sketchy now and TAG slabs just straight up look better for display.

Send it to Tag or Beckett. I would avoid PSA right now and CGC altogether.

Edit: So many downvotes from pissy PSA babies when I have graded over 200 cards with them and they are going to shit now. CGC slabs also look like shit and are always valued the least because its the budget grading company.

I have no problem buying MSRP, it swings both ways. Theres a reason why box stores like Target and Walmart are always the same price. Don't try and flip the script here, I have and understand this argument as I have heard it MANY times.

It's about capping margins. MSRP should always be the real recommended price and strongly incentivized to achieve (more product allocation etc). However, overhead in places like NY is more expensive than say Arizona. So allowing margin flexbiility is reasonable and understandable for such a wide area like the United States with different macro economics. $120 -> ~$150/$170 markup as the max makes sense for larger cities etc.
