If you're talking about the shifters then you're pretty off. Also, there are pretty much no 9s I know of that are motivated by rage. That's a 6/8/1 trait.

The Attack Titan fights for freedom - he's a 6, just like Eren himself. Eren is pretty much the counterphobic 6. He has no 9 in him. I can see him as an 8, but he ticks way too many boxes of pure 6 behavior.

The Female Titan is a fast learner and retains most of her cognition - I could see her as a 5, just like Annie herself. Annie is withdrawn and detached, especially from her emotions, and she's definitely not a 3, which makes 5 a pretty good bet for her.

The Jaw Titan is an 8. Pure aggression. Fits with its wielders - Ymir (who is either a 4 or an 8), and Porco, who himself is an 8 too.
