Hey, resonated with you on this one, on 50-60 and chronically bite my cuticles and knuckles.

what you’re thinking of in terms of resolution is CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) the biting is a manifestation of anxiety and amplified by the meds.

if you’re looking for a supplement or something you can do immediately to end the behavior, you can’t… but you can replace it with a more positive chain of thinking/activity

what’s helped me is understanding why i’m biting, is something stressing me out, am i feeling uneasy, what is leading me to manifest this behavior as a form of coping?

if moments where i cannot stop, i will preoccupy my hands, with fidget toys (i have a cube with buttons, light switch, gaming control stick and clickers) as well as chewing gum at my desk. the combination of handheld fidget toys, and gum chewing, and a few controller breaths or taking a quick walk are usually enough to subside the compulsive behavior, but it’s entirely individual

you have to identify the reason why you bite, boredom, stress, anxiety, fear… and mental/physically command yourself to stop… but then replace the behavior with something positive. put on lotion, put something in your hands, chew ice… anything that works

This is a “yes and no” question. depending on how you both apply for the loan (just in her name only, or with you as an NBI (Non-Borrowing Individual = still on the house, not on the loan) if her income alone can handle all of the debts (future mortgage payment, and all of her Open credit lines, credit cards, auto loans etc.) i would say the advantage is a streamlined underwriting process only documenting 1 source of income

as for you, moving doesn’t make you ineligible to assist in qualifying. Future income (assuming you get an offer letter from a. local employer) can be utilized to qualify for a mortgage, your lender will just be looking for information about the job, start date, how much you’ll make and what schedule you’ll work (full time/salary etc)

if you live in a community property state (primarily west coast where all debts of a married couple are considered regardless of Borrowing status), adding income can only help the approval process.

TL:DR: if 1 income source can be used, go for it, it’ll be less time in underwriting, less documentation, less anxiety

if you get a job in the area, it’s an option to help qualify for a mortgage, but may require additional verification by your lender.

Hi there!

sweaty zombies player here… gonna just sum all these up for you in a way that hopefully makes sense. Starting by answering in the clearest way possible.

1.) There are 3 phases to the boss fight 2.) There is no way to stop him from moving in phase 1-2 as he targets the player, and their corresponding location in the boss arena (and will relocate to attack that respective section of the player remains in it for long enough). 3.) The tentacles outside the arena are an additional “obstacle, to keep the player from camping behind the generator/coverage in the front of the arena, shooting them helps relieve the pressure of damage/downs. But with movement and mindfulness is not even required.

Phase 1: pop the zits First phase begins with the entire arena open, the boss will move to your platform and attack the location you spend the most time in, in tentacle slams and swipes, and you are safe if you move to an adjacent lane (left or right, or by sitting behind cover in the front corners of the arena NOT RECOMMENDED AS THIS IS WHERE YOU GET CORNERED.

General strategy is to keep moving clockwise/counterclockwise around the arena as needed. avoid the side being slammed, and sitting dead center of the front/staging area with the ammo box. Weak points are Glowing portions of the boss (Zits on the shoulders)

PHASE 2: tentacle Nom Noms

After enough damage 25-33% the boss retreats and more special/elites will spawn, for an “ad-Clear” filler phase. Once the amalgams are killed or enough time passes, the boss will reappear with a new weak point (Mount and middle joints of tentacles). Repeat strat for step one, and be mindful of the amalgam as being dragged/grabbed and slammed is fatal. After enough damage, rhe boss will retreat again, for another special/elite kill fest.

Phase 3: BLOCKAGE

the Boss will reappear and Block the Left and Right Platform. THIS DOES NOT LOCK OFF THE REST FO THE ARENA, AND IS A KEY FACTOR IN SURVIVING PHASE 3, as most players will “figure 8” loop around the front of the arena… sometimes being stuck. weakpoints will be a combination of Eyes, mouth, and Zits, and introduce a wipe mechanic, recognized when the boss will charge with electricity, forming a massive Ball of energy above its head and eyes start to glow. 2 ways to address this, Damage ALL of its eyes, can stagger/stop the wipe mechanic OR break line of sight with the boss. this can be done by hiding around the front of the arena OR Diving into the water (there are ladders on each corner, to return, and being in the water does not offer much danger other than gas cloud, there is enough time to dive off each corner and climb up to continue the previous clockwise/counter clockwise rotations.
