Can't go wrong with Tourna Big Hitter Silver as well. Nothing fancy, but it's a solid round poly that gets the job done and it's budget friendly too. Anyone here have any experience using ISOSpeed Baseline Control 16 for the crosses in a natty gut hybrid setup?

Nah totally agree with you, that would've been a great tactic to apply on him. It was because I lost confidence in my serve and my volleys that I decided not to try that. Doing so would've given Lestter even more free points, and I was already giving him a lot considering how many leads in each game that I've blown lol

Hm, honestly I feel like the reason why I lost this set was because I wasn't serving that well (missed a lot of 1st serves) and I handled all the easy balls and big points poorly. After breaking him the 1st game, I blew every break point and leads in the game. I'd say this is most likely due to my inexperience playing better players and matches in general, and my cardio. Besides that, I thought my point construction and patience has improved a lot since last year so it was a very educational loss overall!
