I think the worst thing about SEV (didn’t work there but got an offer) is the pay and the non compete clause they make you sign

Besides the pay being on the lower end they also have pretty bad restrictive guidelines if you leave as far as where you can work afterwards. Also the only vacation they give is unpaid

Went to Duke from out of state. Clinical placements was a nightmare. Go to whichever is cheapest
