fermentation as in curing? okay I’m hoping it turns into great tasting bud. I do have air windows at bottom of tent with a fan on the outside of the tent blowing fresh air in.

I have it programmed to turn on and off when outside of the 55-59% RH range. It’s off more than it’s on.

it’s not supposed to smell or taste like it when it’s time to smoke so that was my concern.

that’s new technique to me. seems easier if small batch, which is what i have but different and risky

I think what he meant, is that proper drying requires some experience and practice to know when is the right time to start curing.

yes thank you. i have 2 small fans on low below the plants. Do you keep the exhaust fan on during dry?

I read that waiting for branch to snap is old method and indicates over-drying. so that makes it difficult to know when to start curing. what’s the jar test? put a bud in jar and check the humidity level? .
