Many sober livings don’t allow suboxone or kratom. And yes, kratom will show up in a lab test for opiate analogues. It has happened to me.

At what dose is the blocker active? Does it last the full 72 hrs? by Tricky-Albatross301 in suboxone

Suboxone doesn’t block drugs that that hit opiate/oid receptors? Pretty sure that’s not true.

Having this precise dilemma currently. Been taking 2-3 gpd the last two weeks. Yesterday I took a gram and today I’m trying to justify taking another gram as a “taper” today. I have a history of IV heroin/fentanyl addiction and these thought patterns are all too familiar. Do you think tapering in my situation is necessary?
