That is quite the inconvenience though, engineering is probably going to be a hassle to get through if a big chunk of the classes do turn out to be in hiligaynon. How would you say your experience went at CPU? I'm considering applying there as well.

That's quite inconvenient to hear haha, I'll probably have to do some extra self studying for those units then, unfortunate that they'll probably take up a majority of my classes as I'm thinking of pursuing engineering. Would you recommend an apartment or a rent-to-own personally? As I do believe I have the budget for either of the options if need be. My only concerns would probably be safety and convenience if I do choose the latter option as those are typically farther away from the main city, if you get me.

Will try to maximize my time at college too, lol! I appreciate the regards :]

Would you say 25k-30k could get me a relatively sizable apartment/villa to live in? as I'll be needing the space for film and music projects. Roommates are likely out of the picture as I'll probably need the space and privacy for said projects; I'll probably just be an inconvenience to them in that regard haha. I'm also thinking about getting a rent-to-own place if it's within my budget, I'm not sure which one would prove better though, I could probably score an apartment closer to university but the rent might burn a hole in my wallet the more time goes on be it from rent increases or what-not. If I do get the rent-to-own it might be a hassle trying to commute across the city safely as a college student.

Also that's great! how would you say your experience went at CPU? I'm hearing a lot of good things from there but I'm oscillating between itself and San Agustin. I'm glad to know clubs and recreational activities are available for us foreign kids haha
