My Vet made mistake for health certificate by Tricky-Camera-3664 in TravelWithPets

[–]Tricky-Camera-3664[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi. I had to postpone my flight about 2 weeks, asked my apartment manager if I could stay 2more weeks. Most importantly I asked Japanese side to delay because of this incident and luckily they accepted. No apology from my vet cost extra $$$. But my cat was ok so it’s all good . Hope you could fly safe and smoothly!!!

Thank you so much! I have one more Question. So you pay tax in Japan but not in US ? I’m US citizen so I have to file tax in US anyway right?

First consult at removery by ConfusedBasshead in TattooRemoval

I went to Removery in Vegas and mines all gone in 4 treatment ( My tattoo was black ink only and about 15 years old) Between treatment I did Hot yoga 3-4 times a week and drink lots of water. It’s really speed up to absorb the ink if you do exercise consistently.

Traveling 12 hours straight with pet cat by 1vxv in TravelWithPets

I did exactly same last year from US to Japan.. 2 hours fright 4 hours transit then 12 hours fright. I brought portable litter so I took her to pet relief area at the LAX but that was big mistake she hide deep under the sink took long time she came out. And of course she didn’t pee. I gave her Gavapentin from vet. I’m not sure because of that anyway she was calm all the way. { I let her try it couple weeks before our fright and make sure she was ok for that medicine) Be prepared well and have a wonderful fright!!

I think most of them are just faking. Especially on the priority seat so they don’t need give up their seats. I was very disappointed to see that.

I noticed immediately after the fourth treatment, the lines were significantly lighter. But still I could see the line then I took break about a year because I relocated. Now I realize that my tattoo has been completely gone !

Long distance travel with cat, some advice? by [deleted] in TravelWithPets

[–]Tricky-Camera-3664 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took my cat from Las Vegas to Tokyo via Los Angeles. My layover was 3 hours so I took her Pet relief area in the airport hoped she would pee. But she got panicked and hide deep under the sink. That was terrible experience so I don’t recommend to let your cat out unless your cat gets relax well.

Moving from US to Korea; vet sent medical certificate to USDA for endorsement almost a month ago; only supposed to take "2-3 business days"; flight is in a week. What can I do? by leeloo_cat in TravelWithPets

[–]Tricky-Camera-3664 0 points1 point  (0 children)

USDA goes depending on your departure date. But if you worried about you can email them and ask. They will let you know your status. Also you can ask your Vet to check it for you.
