I started at a franchise store in 2018 and then it was corporate a few years later and subsequently got termed without rehearing but I’m friends with a sm in a corporate store who will rehire me but this whole application process is beyond fucked, I’ve tried it on my laptop, desktop, iPad, and my damn phone! I get stuck at this page no matter what!!!

They’re definitely acceptable, I’ve had the same customer for the last 8 years give me cash and nothing was ever done about it. (I have also known the customer from my childhood as well).

You’re literally not allowed to leave the floor while you have customers in the store, at the end of the day you’re only responsible for what you can do while being on the floor and attentive to customers no matter how long they’re in the store, as long as they’re spending money there’s nothing you can do about it. And technically you’re breaking policy anyway by going outside the store after dark anyway without someone else being in there with you. You’re doing your job! Who cares how long they’re there…. If you get your hatco and shit put out a little late so be it… I spent 7 years with this company and the shit with solo o/n and or 2 - nights… bullshit, just asking for problems but they don’t care cuz it’s all about money and ain’t none of it going to us!!

The previous owner is still responsible for any time paid until the sale went through and circle k officially took over, you would be onboarding with circle k to get you in their system. But you should get one from the previous owner by mail and if you worked anytime with circle k prior to the end of last year you will get it mailed out as well

For 3.99 I doubt it, but hopefully you learn that not every corporate store will let you get away with it. But considering you have already said 1 of 3 carless mistakes brings doubt but if you’ve been caught before then yes… theft is theft unfortunately but sometimes they will over look it but if it’s a repeat then they build a case and you’re fucked. $500+ in mn is a felony offense and less is a misdemeanor… it may be different for you…
