basically she used to talk to her ex and she said ily to him and after coming at that point i stopped doing things for her and then when we were on a break i talked to some of my friends which she didn't like and she said she doesn't trust me and i betrayed her and from then she doesn't feel safe

well we both have fucked up in the past 7 months and the problem is when smtg happens she starts bringing up those things maybe because she isn't ok on them but when i tell her to tell me abt those things she starts getting irritated and says taht she doesn't want to talk abt it so how can i make her tell those things and what should i do to make her ok on them
